Nobody can be sure it actually happened. It might have been the heat that caused all the confusion but there was a peculiar breakdown of just where in the year we were. Nowadays we are all struggling to remember just what day it is exactly. We just know today, yesterday and tomorrow. But few could have foreseen six months just drifting by like that. Especially since we were all testing our VO2 Max by blowing up paddling pools, burning meat in our backyards and giving a collective middle finger to the lockdown. It just crept up on us. Stole in like a thief in the night until it was right there, on the cusp of May and June, in all its glory. Team Ulster! Ta-da! Hang on; wasn't Team Ulster...
